Dynamic and stable engineering and architecture firm seeks experienced licensed Civil/Site Engineer, Structural Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Senior Architect and Junior Architect

Sr. Civil Engineer:

Job Duties:
• Preliminary site layouts, studies, site planning during design due diligence phase.
• Coordination with local jurisdictions for planning, code, and permitting site requirements.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and other engineers for coordination complete design requirements.
• Oversee and supervise Jr. level engineers.
• Perform detailed engineering design to produce a complete set of site/civil construction documents and drawings.
• Write technical specifications for material and product selection to be incorporated in to the project manual.
• Perform construction administration of projects in construction. Responsibilities to include, site inspections, submittal reviews, response to RFIs, and complication of
final punch list.
• Coordinating, supervising, checking, and assuming responsibility for all work done under his/her direction, including Engineer Associates, Designers, Drafters, and
Technicians working on a project for which the Project Engineer is the Engineer of Record.
• Monitor company project budgets and timelines and ensure project completion within these parameters.

Requirements:
• Licensed engineer with MS license or ability to acquire MS licensure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
• Experience in site design including : grading and drainage, plan and profiles, cross sections, typical construction details, SWPP and BMPs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to manage others and work well as a teammate.

Structural Engineer

Job Duties:
• Establish project scope and budget for new or modified structural systems.
• Work with project owner and architect to consider several possible structure types during programming or schematic design phase.
• Perform seismic analysis and wind analysis of structures using building codes such as IBC, ASCE-7, ACI-318, ACI-530, AISC, AISI, NDS, etc.
• Complete structural inspection reports based on visual inspections of buildings.
• Collaborate with the owner, architect, and other engineering disciplines to ensure a coordinated design free from collisions and conflicts.
• Familiarity with different materials and construction types including, concrete, steel, masonry, wood, and light gauge steel.
• Familiarity with vertical construction design, shallow foundation design, and deep foundation design.
• Produce construction documents including: foundation plan, framing plan, shear walls, components and cladding design, connection details, and typical construction details.
• Create or edit technical product and material specifications to be included in the project manual.
• Perform construction administration of projects in construction. Responsibilities to include, site inspections, submittal reviews, response to RFIs, and complication of
final punch list.
• Monitor company project budgets and timelines and ensure project completion within these parameters.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree from accredited university.
• Minimum 2 years experience as structural engineer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
• Experience with a program similar to: RISA or Stadd
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Ability to manage others and work well as a teammate.

Senior Architect

Job Duties:
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
• Perform work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review,
coordination and correlation of construction drawings.
• Apply knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials in the resolution of complex technical and design issues as they
arise.
• Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents. Develop, modify and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications.
• Create technical specifications for materials and products.
• Prepare front end documents for public bids and procurements.
• Prepare AIA documents for the administration of a project.
• Research materials to determine appropriate selection for project.
• Plan, coordinate and administer projects from the initial programming stages all the way through to construction administration.
• Review construction submittals and assist project manager in construction administration.
• Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems.
• Assist in the conceptualization and development of design ideas, generate diagrams, digital models, presentation materials and provide production work for numerous project
types.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 5 year Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
• Registered architect with current license.
• Possess extensive experience and knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
• Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD, REVIT Sketchup, PhotoShop software.
• Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to manage teams and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Time management skills.

Junior Architect

Job Duties:
• Perform work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination and correlation of construction drawings.
• Research materials to determine appropriate selection for project.
• Assist Senior Architects in the preparation of schematic renderings and presentation materials
• Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems.
• Assist in collaboratively reviewing and critiquing early phase design concepts.
• Assist in the production of design development and construction documents models and construction details and drawings.
• Assist in the conceptualization and development of design ideas, generate diagrams, digital models, presentation materials and provide production work for numerous project
types
• Assist in collaboratively reviewing and critiquing early phase design concepts
• Assist in the production of design development and construction documents models and construction details and drawings.

Minimum Qualifications:
